Abstract
- Monoclonal immunoglobulins can form deposits other than amyloidosis in various tissues. Immunofluorescence is the key analysis for the identification of monoclonal immunoglobulin deposits. Pulmonary light chain deposition disease is a diagnosis to be considered when dealing with diffuse cystic lung disease.<br /> (Copyright © 2024. Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.)
