Abstract

Genomic sequencing has revolutionized microbial typing methods and transformed high-throughput methods in reference, clinical, and research laboratories. The detection of antimicrobial-resistant (AMR) determinants using genomic methods can provide valuable information on the emergence of resistance. Here we describe an approach to detecting AMR determinants using an open access and freely available platform which does not require bioinformatic expertise.<br /> (© 2024.
