Abstract
- This case-control study explored cumulative tenofovir exposure among patients with human immunodeficiency virus/hepatis B virus (HIV/HBV) coinfection with HIV viral suppression. Among patients taking tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, median TFV-DP levels in dried blood spots were ∼3-fold lower among patients with incomplete HBV viral suppression (n = 4) compared to those with complete suppression (n = 5) (516 vs 1456 fmol/punch).<br />Competing Interests: Potential conflicts of interest .
