Abstract: MIRAGE syndrome consists of Myelodysplasia, Infection, Growth restriction, Adrenal hypoplasia, Genital phenotypes, and Enteropathy. We report the uneventful anesthesia management of a 6-year-old female patient with MIRAGE syndrome.
