Abstract

The right sinus of the Valsalva aneurysm (SVA) rupturing into the right atrium (RA) and dissecting into the interventricular septum (IVS) is rare. The disease can be definitively diagnosed using two-dimensional (2D) echocardiography and color Doppler ultrasonography. Real-time biplane imaging and three-dimensional (3D) echocardiography offer new perspectives for viewing and diagnosing this disease.<br /> (© 2024 Wiley Periodicals LLC.)
