Abstract
- Alzheimer's disease is often accompanied by disruptions in circadian rhythms, which may exacerbate the disease's progression. In this issue, Whittaker and colleagues demonstrate that the modulation of circadian rhythms by time-restricted feeding can alter the disease trajectory in Alzheimer's mouse models.<br />Competing Interests: Declaration of interests D.A.S. is a consultant, inventor, board member, and in some cases a founder and investor in Life Biosciences (a reprogramming company), EdenRoc Sciences (Cantata, Metrobiotech), InsideTracker, Fully Aligned, Zymo, Galilei, Immetas, Animal Biosciences, Tally Health, and others.
