Abstract: This is a report on a case of 2 concurrent neoplasms of different histology within the same kidney: a renal cell carcinoma and a transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis in a patient affected by chronic renal failure due to abuse of phenacetin. There was also a transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder.
