Abstract

Tools to effectively demonstrate and quantify functional delivery in cellular communication have been lacking. This study reports the use of a fluorescently labeled split Nanoluc reporter system to demonstrate and quantify functional transfer between cells in vitro and in a subcutaneous tumor mouse model.
