Abstract
- Total Colonic Hirschsprung Disease (HD) can be challenging from a diagnostic and management standpoint and occurs in around 8% of cases of HD. Long term outcomes are difficult to compare due to variation in length of aganglionosis, chosen surgical techniques, and terminology utilized in the literature. In this review we highlight some of the management controversies and clinical challenges and emphasize future areas of suggested collaboration and research.<br /> (Copyright © 2022 Elsevier Inc.
