Abstract

Abstract: A 69-year-old woman presented with symptomatic hypercalcemia and deranged liver function. 18F-FDG PET/CT showed intense confluent avidity throughout the hepatic parenchyma, which was an isolated abnormality. Subsequent MRI demonstrated a diffuse infiltrative hepatic abnormality, with percutaneous liver biopsy findings consistent with hepatic sarcoidosis.
Competing Interests: Conflicts of interest and sources of funding: none declared.
(Copyright © 2021 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
