Abstract

This case highlights a 37-year-old woman with primary sclerosing cholangitis awaiting liver transplantation who presented with torsion of a wandering spleen with associated gastric and pancreatic volvulus. The patient underwent emergent exploratory laparotomy with splenectomy.
