Abstract: Psoas abscess caused by Candida is an uncommon condition. We report a case of psoas abscess caused by Candida glabrata, which was completely resolved with drainage and oral voriconazole. Because of the nonspecific clinical presentation, the diagnosis of psoas abscess can be a challenge.
