Abstract
- We report the case of a fetus presenting aortic arch anomalies associated with a ventricular septal defect (VSD). This fetus, which was referred at 25 weeks of gestation, was suspected to have coarctation of aorta (CoA) evidenced by enlarged right chambers at the four-chamber view during a routine obstetric ultrasonographic scan. The prenatal diagnosis of CoA remains a challenge. Here, we review the ultrasonographic findings that could contribute to this diagnosis.<br /> (© 2020 Wiley Periodicals LLC.)
