Abstract
- The homeostasis of CD8 <superscript>+</superscript> CD122 <superscript>+</superscript> T cell requires IL-15 trans-presentation. We use Il15ra mutant mice and bone marrow chimeras to assess the role of IL-15 trans-presentation level in CD8 <superscript>+</superscript> CD122 <superscript>+</superscript> T cells homeostasis. We demonstrate that CD8 <superscript>+</superscript> CD122 <superscript>+</superscript> T cells require different levels of IL-15 trans-presentation to support their homeostasis.<br />Competing Interests: Declaration of Competing Interest All contributing authors declare no conflicts of interest.<br /> (Copyright © 2020.
