Abstract: Clofazimine has demonstrated in vitro activity against many nontuberculous mycobacteria. We present the case of a woman with cystic fibrosis who developed disseminated macrolide-resistant Mycobacterium avium infection following lung transplantation treated in part with clofazimine.
