Abstract
- Three unusual chlorinated PKS-NRPS hybrid metabolites, flavipesides A-C ( 1 - 3 ), were isolated from a strain of marine sponge symbiotic fungus Aspergillus flavipes 164013. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data analysis, and absolute configurations were assigned by single-crystal X-ray diffraction with ECD spectral analysis. Flavipesides A-C showed potent pancreatic lipase (PL) inhibitory activity with IC <subscript>50</subscript> values of 0.07-0.23 μM.
