Abstract: We evaluated the association between infectious disease consultation and bloodstream infection outcomes, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus , Candida , and Pseudomonas. No infectious diseases consultation was associated with over 4-fold increased hazard of death at 3 months and 6-fold increased hazard of death in hospital.<br /> (© The Author(s) 2020.
