Abstract: It is a significant but ignored issue to quantify the influence of Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery in patients with Parkinson's disease during the whole perioperative period. In this paper, wearable sensors were utilized to record patients' motor changes in the time before surgery, after surgery with stimulation off and stimulation on. The results showed that the DBS surgery is effective and safe in the perioperative period.
