Abstract: We present a case of bilateral synchronous orbital muscle infiltration of extra-neural glioblastoma metastases with evidence of focal treatment response. The orbital infiltration was preceded by evidence of leptomeningeal disease, and followed by further symptomatic perineural spread of tumor along the second and third division of the trigeminal nerve and into the masticator space.<br /> (Copyright © 2018 Elsevier Ltd.
