Abstract: Certification Process of a Hospital at Home Facility: The certification visit by the French National Health Authority requires a high level of commitment and collaboration on the part of the teams of the healthcare facility concerned. Professionals from a hospital at home unit having obtained its Level A certification describe the process and explain how the approach helped to give meaning to collective action when caring for patients in their home.<br /> (Copyright © 2018.
