Abstract
- Avulsion of the optic nerve head is a rare and severe complication of ocular blunt trauma. Herein, we describe a case of 16-year-old boy, who presented with a rare combination of optic nerve avulsion associated with central retinal artery occlusion, following blunt trauma with a leather ball.
