Abstract: The article presents results of study of accessibility of tuberculous care according medical statistics data of the health department of the Primorskii kraii from 2004 to 2014. The Big Data technology was applied. The systematization of indices of accessibility was carried out. The coefficient of need in tuberculous care was proposed to be used as a basis for applying substantiated management decisions. To support complex analysis of accessibility several indices were introduced and their effect on indices of quality of medical care was evaluated.
