Abstract: Methods: Two groups according to the presence of fQRS in ECG.<br />Results: fQRS has higher sensitivity for LAD, LCX &RCA, more specific for LAD.<br />Conclusions: fQRS is a good, simple, applicable positive test to predict the presence of significant CAD in acute coronary syndrome (ACS), even without enzyme elevation.<br /> (Copyright © 2017.
