Abstract: We propose the use of a new endoscopic drill for management of web-like tracheal stenosis. Our device allows creating radial holes within stenosis that facilitates the use of the scissors for cutting the  scar and the subsequent mechanical dilatation.<br /> (© The Author 2016.
