Abstract

Heterogeneous catalysts with Co <subscript>3</subscript> O <subscript>4</subscript> and liquid redox mediators were utilized for the morphological control of discharged products in SABs. With Co <subscript>3</subscript> O <subscript>4</subscript> nanowires/C as air cathodes, the discharge product tended to be like nanoflakes. However, after the addition of ferrocene to the electrolyte, the discharge product tended to be like nanofilms and the cyclic performance can achieve 570 cycles.
