Abstract: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis that is thought to onset as a result of T lymphocyte-mediated immunological response. Disease may manifest itself in different modalities with regard to clinical features and severity. Clinical type of psoriasis is an important element in determining the therapy regimen.
