Split body and self: an unusual case of misidentification.

Following a head injury, a 27 year old female developed a chronic misidentification delusion that incorporated her transient neurological symptoms. Her presentation was consistent with the syndrome of reverse subjective doubles. A discussion of the syndrome of reverse subjective doubles follows.
