Abstract
- Isolated epidural abscesses are uncommon lesions. Surgical treatment may be difficult due to the extension of these lesions. We present a case of a pelvic abscess spreading along the path of the sciatic nerve to the gluteus muscles and the lumbar canal, causing neurological compression; requiring surgical treatment with three simultaneous approaches.<br /> (Copyright © 2016 Elsevier Masson SAS.
