Abstract

Anti-PD1 antibodies have led to a therapeutic shift in cancer treatment. Although classically described as "well tolerated," these drugs can lead to severe immune-related adverse events. Using CT scan imaging, Nishino and colleagues describe different radiologic patterns and their possible relation to severity of several cases of anti-PD1-induced pneumonitis.
