Abstract
- For accurate and earlier detection of invasive pneumococcal serogroup/serotypes from India, we have rearranged the African sequence of multiplex PCR provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, USA. This modified approach can successfully be adapted for earlier serotype detection of 95% of the pneumococcal strains prevalent in India.<br /> (Copyright © 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.)
