Abstract: This case report describes a 46-year-old patient with a very unusual pattern of isolated metastasis to an extralobar pulmonary sequestration following orchidectomy for seminoma. The patient underwent uncomplicated video-assisted thoracoscopic resection of the metastasis, involving the whole of the sequestration mass.<br /> (© The Author(s) 2016.)
