Abstract

An optimum amount of lead bromide (1%) can enhance the power conversion efficiency of CH3 NH3 PbI3-x Brx (where x ≈ 0) devices from 14.7% to 16.9% without altering the bandgap of the perovskite material.<br /> (© 2015 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.)
