Abstract: We report a case of spontaneous break of the wide ligament revealed by an abdominal pelvic painful syndrome of rough appearance in 36 weeks+2 days with an acute foetal suffering and an important hemoperitoneal to a primigeste of 32 years. The laparotomy explorer allowed to make the diagnosis but the foetal forecast was dramatic.
