Abstract: The absolute configuration of several hydroxywarfarin isomers was assigned using a comparison of elution order on chiral stationary phases, optical rotation, and circular dichroism (CD) spectra, with confirmation of assignments made by comparison between experimental and calculated CD spectra and selective synthesis of hydroxywarfarin isomers from enantiopure warfarin using human liver microsomes.<br /> (Copyright © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.)
