Abstract
- The immaturity of neurons differentiated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) presents difficulties for modeling late-onset neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson's disease. Now, Miller et al. (2013) provide a strategy for inducing aging-related phenotypes in hiPSC-derived neurons, enabling in vitro study of late-onset neurodegenerative diseases.<br /> (Copyright © 2013 Elsevier Inc.
