Abstract: The Don Bloch Award is presented annually by the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA) to a person who has made singular contributions to forwarding the cause of collaborative family health care. At the 2012 conference in Austin, Texas, the award was presented to Larry Mauksch of the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington.
