Abstract: We found that the formylbenzenediazonium (FBD)-grafted organic layers can be degraded by treating with an aqueous solution of salt and Tween. An electrochemical immunoassay was carried out on the degraded surface, which allowed highly sensitive detection of antigen mouse IgG.
