Abstract
- Vascular birthmarks can be difficult to diagnose in the perinatal period due to varied growth characteristics and similar initial appearances. Location and type of birthmark can provide signals that extracutaneous involvement may be a concern. This article provides a baseline framework that can help diagnose, define associations and guide workup and treatment in these neonates.<br /> (Copyright © 2013 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.)
