Scleroderma after silicone augmentation mammoplasty. A report of 2 cases.

Abstract: Two patients who developed scleroderma after silicone breast augmentation are described. One patient presented with the classic features of systemic sclerosis, and the other with calcinosis, Raynaud's phenomenon oesophageal dysfunction, sclerodactyly, and telangiectasia (CREST syndrome). The connective tissue diseases associated with mammoplasty are reviewed.
