Abstract: An increasing trend of HIV prevalence has been observed among men who have sex with men (MSM) in China. However, the prevalence and its increase varied among MSM recruited from different settings, indicating the highest prevalence and its increase among those MSM from bathhouse or sauna. The findings have important implications for surveillance and interventions in this population.
