Abstract
- Tandem tracker: Here we introduce a method for studying the kinetics of protein-small-molecule interactions based on kinetic capillary electrophoresis (KCE) separation and MS detection. Due to the variety of KCE methods and MS modes available, the KCE-MS tandem is a highly versatile platform for label-free, solution-based kinetic studies of affinity interactions.<br /> (Copyright © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
