The paper discusses the concept of risk-group patients who have an increased probability of immediate systemic adverse reactions to contrast agents used clinically in various radiodiagnostic techniques. It analyzes the pathogenesis of allergoid reactions to X-ray and magnetic resonance, contrast media.
