Abstract
- Magnetic resonance imaging was used to measure the endometrial T2 relaxation times of patients with infertility with fibroma. Although the location of fibromas did not influence the T2 relaxation times, we did observe a significant decrease in endometrial T2 relaxation times after myomectomy.<br /> (Copyright © 2011 American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
