Abstract
- Several types of GTPases play important roles in intracellular vesicular transport. These include the Rab and Arf families of the Ras superfamily, which are key regulators of several steps in the overall process. The basic structural and mechanistic properties of these proteins and their interactions with partner proteins and membranes are reviewed and compared in this article.<br /> (Copyright © 2010 Elsevier Ltd.
