Abstract
- The authors report a case of a neonate with gastroschisis, which, after repair, was further complicated by the diagnosis of Hirschsprung's disease. The authors discuss the diagnostic and management dilemmas posed by the coexistence of these two conditions for the clinician.<br /> (Copyright 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.)
