Abstract
- Ovarian stimulation and cryopreservation of fertilized oocytes before cancer therapy is the best established and efficient fertility preservation technique and should still be considered before chemotherapy. Within a short time frame of 2 weeks, between 8.6 (18-25 y) and 5.1 (36-40 y) fertilized oocytes can be cryopreserved.<br /> (Copyright © 2010 American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
