Abstract: A case is reported in which a fat deposit in a patient who had had a continent urostomy fashioned by Kock's technique, caused skin problems and made catheterisation Kock's technique, caused skin problems and made catheterisation difficult. The condition was successfully treated with liposuction around the stoma.
