Abstract
- To expand the availability of stem cell lines suitable for basic research and clinical application, somatic cell nuclear transfer has been proposed and will require human oocyte donation. The recommendations made by the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine advisory committee on oocyte donation are based on peer-reviewed, best practices, and best clinical judgment and are intended to assist researchers in design and Institutional Review Board (IRB) evaluation of research protocols for oocytes donated exclusively for research purposes.<br /> (Copyright © 2010 American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
