Abstract

1. For any close-up photography, a single lens reflex type of camera should be used. 2. Magnification of an image can be increased either by lengthening the distance between the lens and the film or by adding supplementary lenses. 3. Photography of the eye presents special lighting problems, requiring the pretesting of exposures, and careful exposure control.
