Abstract: Rigid and soluble electron donor-acceptor conjugates combining exTTF and/or TTF as donors and C60 as acceptor have been synthesized; fluorescence and transient absorption measurements confirm the generation of charge-separated radical-ion pairs with lifetimes in the micros timescale.
